Neuro-linguistic programming, or NLP for short, is a way of talking that can convince people to do things. For those who may not understand it, it might seem like mind control, but in reality it is more a a form of unconscious hypnosis that the person who is having it used on them doesn’t even know it is happening. NLP consists of a bunch of speech patterns an embedded commands that when used correctly, actually make people think a certain way. For example, forming a command in the form of a question with a precisely timed pauses will make people do things they would otherwise not. Saying, “what if I were to ask you to (pause) give me your phone number (pause) then (pause) you will do it (pause) right?” Sounds cheesy but it actually works to some extent as logically it is not a problematic statement so the brain doesn’t fight it even though direct commands are clearly embedded in the statement. There are many other techniques to NLP including time distortion which are also quite effective.

Pipelines are generally the first components which are imported into a construction site. This obviously calls for careful Construction Pipeline reviews. One should choose the pipes carefully for different purposes. For example, one should use PVC pipes for electrical wirings and not steel. Deciding on which type of pipe should be used for a particular purpose depends on simple factors like durability, safety and cost-effectiveness.

Suppose you need to transport chemicals via pipelines for an industrial setting. The type of the pipe that should be used for this purpose should be non-corrosive to the chemical. You can of course use platinum for this purpose, but that would be totally unfeasible. So you use a less reactive metal like Aluminium or some kind of alloy, so that all the aspects for the pipe selection are satisfied. In most cases there is a trade-off between quality and price. Hence the material should be chosen very carefully to meet both ends.

Is there any future for the construction pipeline business in developed countries such as United States and Europe? The baseline answer is not very hopeful. The revelations that mid 2005 housing and construction bubble have now burst have set many heads rolling in this sector. You will not find any new viable construction pipeline startup in recent years. And this is just five years or so after the golden times when construction sector, and essential pipelining, represented billions of dollars’ worth. I am not going into detail of what went wrong there.

As a matter of undeniable fact, India, China and Arabian Peninsula are the new the super powers in this regard. You will find that in past just four years more than $175 billion dollar has been put into such projects and piping sector is set to receive more boost as nations propose assembling super grid of pipes to transport oil and water from one end of the continent to other.
