Special Holiday Ordering and Shipping Notice:

We understand how important it is that your holiday gift shopping items arrive when you expect them. We understand the importance placed on these purchases and the feelings that go into your expectations. But please take the time to read and understand our ordering and shipping times as they relate to the items you choose.  Each item description page has an icon that describes the APPROXIMATE order processing times you should allow. Sometimes it takes less time, other times it will take longer. They are but a suggestive guide, not a contractual promise.

Also please understand that we do not as a practice do split shipments automatically. This means that if you order three things that are “3-5 day” items and one thing that is a “10-14 day” or “3-4 week” item, that all items will be held for shipment at the same time. If you want split shipments it is best to place two orders with the longer time items in a separate order, or make other arrangements by phone as additional shipping rates may apply.

Lastly, please understand that while we strive to ship all orders as soon as humanly possible, that during the holiday season things invariably happen to cause delays during the holiday rush. Items go out of stock, into back-order, or become delayed without notice and sometimes beyond our control. So when you find that your item will take longer to get there than originally suggested, it is not because we are in the break-room playing solitaire or laughing hysterically as we throw customer's orders into the HVAC ducts never to be seen again. It is because it is the holiday season these things happen outside of our control. During December we typically work 12-15 hour days, 7-days a week to make sure orders are being processed as fast as possible.

Most important is that you read and understand our policies, shipping times, and plan ahead. If you have a hard date you need something and the world revolves around that happening we always recommend you call first to verify an item’s stock, time, and availability for best results. Also please read our return policies because there are specific policies for different items, particularly for sizing issues, special order items, and refunds.

About Shipping and Order Processing Times:

This symbol means items are immediately in stock and will ship out in 24-48 hours depending on weekend or holidays.

This symbol means that the item is either: 1) incoming to us or, 2) we must request the item from our distributor or, 3) the items will ship via UPS Ground or truck freight due to size or weight. In this case we ask that you allow up to 10-14 business days for order processing. Shipping times should be added to this processing period for total ship time. It is usually less, but can be longer if item is back-ordered. If the item is back-ordered longer than 2 weeks we will contact you. We want to under-promise and over-deliver!

This symbol means items are special order or are on back-order. We ask you to allow 3-4 weeks for order processing. Add typical delivery time to processing period. It could be sooner, but we prefer to under promise and overdeliver.

This symbol means that the item is not yet released from the manufacturer and we are taking pre-orders for the item. The approximate arrival date is usually stated in the item listing. Please understand that these are approximate time frames and we have no control over manufacturers.

Shipping and Tracking Numbers

Because the majority of our items are small and light we primarily use US Postal Serivce for all shipping. We utilize both First Class and Priority Mail. For foreign shipments we typically use USPS Global Priority which is average 6-8 days delivery time + customs clearance time.

Most orders ship quickly using USPS Priority. Lighter orders that fall under a $3.95 total shipping charge will usually ship First Class Mail. For large items or larger orders that approach 20 lbs or more, me may elect to use UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If you have concerns or special circumstances with shipping it is always best to call first.

Once shipped, your order will take anywhere from 3-7 days to arrive depending on your location. Please keep in mind that your shipping time must be added to our order processing time for your items explained above.

With US Postal Service there are no tracking numbers generated. If UPS or FedEx are used, tracking numbers are available.

Express or Overnight Shipping

We are able to offer USPS Express or FexEx overnight shipping for most in-stock items. Please call us for a quote on this service.

Split Orders:

All items in your order will be shipped at the same time unless a specific item comes direct from the manufacturer. Thus, if an order includes in-stock items and out-of-stock items, the in-stock items will be held until all items are ready for shipment. If you have certain items you dont want held for shipping, place them in a separate order.

Wholesale and Quantity Orders - We proudly offer our products for resale and can put together custom discounts for quantity. Minimum order is $200 and certain qualifications may apply. Contact us for more details.
